Itinerary planning & management

At this time, my fee structure is based on your flight/hotel budget—not including activities and food:

• For budgets $10,000 and under: $200 per person

• For budgets between $10,000-$30,000: $175 per person

• For budgets $30,000 and over: $150 per person

  • Any itinerary that has a departure date of 3 weeks out or LESS will incur an additional $150 last minute fee

Before a trip is mapped out, you will receive an invoice for your itinerary fees. The fees above entitle you to one initial itinerary plan and two revisions. Additional revisions will incur a cost of $100 each. Please note that these fees will be reassessed if your end budget falls above/below your original tier.

Should you ultimately decide not to book with me, these fees are non-refundable. Please also note that all trips require at least one land component (a hotel stay with one property for a minimum of three consecutive nights if flying economy and five nights if flying business/first class) in order to be booked through my company. Bookings without a land component will fall under "flights/excursions only" and will be subject to the applicable planning fees.

*Please note that I do not have the ability to book using airline miles or credit card points.
