HOTEL(S) ONLY
For a hotel-only booking, I do not charge a fee. A $200 deposit will be collected and held until you have returned from your trip. Please note that these bookings will not include any additional arrangements such as transfers, flights or activities. Any itinerary that has a departure date of 3 weeks out or LESS will incur an additional $150 last minute fee
TRAVEL CONSULTING
Sometimes you are happy to book on your own or want to use points for hotels/flights and that’s okay! I am happy to provide advice on what/how/who to book to make the most out of your trip. For this type of work, I charge a flat fee of $500 per passenger. Any itinerary that has a departure date of 3 weeks out or LESS will incur an additional $150 last minute fee
FLIGHTS/EXCURSIONS ONLY
Sometimes, all you need is a flight or a few activities, and that's okay! However, I do have to charge a service fee for this type of booking. For any itinerary that does not include at least three consecutive hotel nights, I do charge a $300 per person planning fee. Any itinerary that has a departure date of 3 weeks out or LESS will incur an additional $150 last minute fee
